Return Policy
Our 20-day return policy allows you to request a return up to 20 days after receiving your item. Please keep all of the original tags, inserts, and packaging for the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, which you can locate in your emails.Â
To start a return, contact us with your order number.
When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once the return shipping label is received, you have 10 days to ship the return to us.
Once we receive your return, please allow 7 days for processing. When the return is accepted, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 3-8 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an order is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
You can also contact us to request an exchange. The process is the same as a return, and upon processing and accepting the return, we will send out your exchanged order.
